How This Bespoke Travel Planning Works
Step 1
Spend Five Minutes Answering Questions About Your Trip
To get started, you just need to complete a quick questionnaire about your trip. Don’t worry, it’s not a million questions. It should only take around five minutes.
Step 2
Optional: Book A Call with Me to Discuss Your Trip
If you want to book a call with me to discuss your trip, pick a time that works for you. The call will be about 30 minutes, and will give us a chance to run through exactly what your wishlist is for this adventure, to make sure I cherry-pick your very best options.
However, this step is optional. I completely understand that for some, a call is far too much social interaction. If you’d rather skip the call, that’s completely fine. I can create your itinerary based on the answers you give in step one.
Step 3
Receive Your Bespoke Travel Itinerary in 7 Days
I’ll deliver your itinerary to you by email, in PDF format so that you can open and read on any device. Your itinerary will contain a day-by-day plan of:
- What to do
- Transport between activities
- Accommodation recommendations
- Food recommendations
- Cost breakdown (sticking to your budget)
Step 4
Request Changes to Your Custom Travel Plan
If there’s something that’s not quite right, you can request changes to your itinerary. It’s quick and easy to request — you’ll receive instructions in your delivery email.

Once you’re happy with your itinerary, you can get booking! I’m always here if you need assistance with booking anything, but I’ll make sure you have all the information you need in your itinerary, which will make it easy and quick to book things yourself.
